Coffs Pilates was founded on the dream of a sanctuary to practice and create balance and longevity within the body and mind. We achieve this by bringing together the most experienced practitioners to help you achieve your goals, in a beautiful, welcoming studio. In line with this ethos our reformer classes are limited to a maximum 5 (semi private) for personalised attention.

Our sanctuary is conveniently nestled in the beautiful suburb of Korora, across from Kororo Public School. Walking distance from Hills beach for a pre or post class walk or dip.
Our founder Lauren Reid is a former Dressage rider and runner who has trained and taught multiple Pilates and dance fitness methods and worked alongside many physiotherapists in various studios and clinics since 2006.
Through the years Lauren noticed the ‘one size fits all’ approach to group fitness can often leave the individual feeling like they have no choice over the pace and goal of their workout. Coffs Pilates (affectionately known as CP) is the culmination of her desire to provide experienced teachers for small groups. Lauren and the team are passionate about providing classes that are tailored to you and your body, with your lifestyle, goals and experience in mind.
