Lauren loves to focus on technique and posture with the goal of improving your postural habits. Her attention to detail extends to the homework she regularly prescribes. With almost 20 years teaching experience she is able to adapt to your personal needs whether they be rehab or dynamic.

Gretel

Affectionately known as “the commando” ex-Ballerina Gretel motivates and challenges with her clear and precise instruction. Her classes are dynamic and strong and are well suited to athletes and those seeking a “feel the burn” class.

With knowledge of the body that can only be gained from decades of massage therapy and Pilates instruction, Kristy is incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack of crafting classes to isolate very specific postural areas. The ex-ballerina nicknamed “the smiling assassin” specialises in scoliosis rebalancing, dance conditioning, rehabilitation and supporting athletes.

An expert at hands on adjustments Liz’s specialty is the fundamentals. Her beautiful and calm energy permeates classes that focus on mobility, posture, recovery and injury prevention. Her classes aren’t always super strong but will still leave you strong, aligned, mobile and energised. They’re great for seniors and beginners through to athletes.

Naomi

Naomi weaves classes creatively together that ignite fun, create a burn and create connection to the breath & body through mindful movement. Naomi believes in guiding students in a way that creates functionally and freedom to move with ease and strength – you’ll leave class feeling energised and capable!
