Lauren loves to focus on technique and posture with the goal of improving your postural habits. Her attention to detail extends to the homework she regularly prescribes. With almost 20 years teaching experience she is able to adapt to your personal needs whether they be rehab or dynamic. Moving with Lauren will enhance your strength and movement for daily life.

Kristy
With knowledge of the body that can only be gained from decades of massage therapy and Pilates instruction, Kristy is incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack of crafting classes to isolate very specific postural areas. The ex-ballerina nicknamed “the smiling assassin” specialises in scoliosis rebalancing, dance conditioning, rehabilitation and supporting athletes.

Liz
An expert at hands on adjustments Liz’s specialty is the fundamentals. Her beautiful and calm energy permeates classes that focus on mobility, posture, recovery and injury prevention. Her classes aren’t always super strong but will still leave you strong, aligned, mobile and energised. They’re great for seniors and beginners through to athletes.

Bianca
Bianca’s classes are an invigorating experience where she infuses your body with strength in an easy to follow power packed session. Always enjoyable and effective!

Imogen
A diploma certified Pilates instructor with a focus on empowering fearless movement for everybody regardless of age, injury, and fitness level. The most recent position Imogen held in the Army helped her develop a deep understanding of the beneficial aspects of exercise on physical and mental health.
Imogen is very sweet, caring and is always generous in sharing and supporting our community with her professional knowledge. She strongly believes movement is the best investment you can make and is passionate about helping others on their exercise journey. She has a calm and approachable nature and an understanding of programming reformer classes that cater for all levels of fitness.

Gretel
Affectionately known as “the commando” ex-Ballerina Gretel motivates and challenges with her clear and precise instruction. Her classes are dynamic and strong and are well suited to athletes and those seeking a “feel the burn” class. Gretel will cover classes in studio occasionally.
